Modern Basement Buildout

We collaborated with the homeowner to transform their basement into a stylish and functional retreat, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Accessibility was a priority, so we relocated the side door for easier access and replaced it with a window to flood the space with natural light. Can lighting provides a soft glow throughout, while statement pendant lights over the large Kitchenette island create a focal point. Black matte fixtures add a modern touch in the Kitchenette and bathroom. To maximize space and functionality, we knocked down walls for a full bathroom, built a desk system in the office, and incorporated in-wall storage in the home gym. This project showcases the power of collaboration, transforming a basement into a beautiful and versatile space for the whole family.
