In 2019, we were hired to perform a major renovation on this home as it needed restoration from significant water damage. This job involved gutting most of the interior walls and flooring. We worked with the homeowners to bring this beautiful Lake Property back to life. With amazing views of Lake Lanier, this beautiful house boasts an open floor plan with an abundance of natural sunlight. This home is accented with beamed and coffered ceilings and window walls all across the rear of the house. This renovation project included new hardwood flooring throughout. In the kitchen, there are beautiful Carrara marble countertops. The walk-in pantry provides ample storage with function. On the main level, the master suite has a private deck overlooking the deep water dock on the lake. The master suite has an open sitting area and his/hers spacious closets. The master bath is a luxurious oasis with its soaking tub and marble tiled shower. Leading down to the lower terrace is a curved staircase. On the terrace level is a 2nd kitchen, family room area, and an additional sunroom.
